I wish to apply for membership of HINCKLEY RUNNING CLUB and agree to be bound by the rules of the club and the athletic organisations to which the club is affiliated.





  • Annual membership is effective from 1 January to 31 December
  • Half-year membership is only available to new members and is effective from 1 July to 31 December
  • Affiliated membership includes HRC membership, training night fees and England Athletics individual registration fee (currently £14 and effective from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018) which enables you to claim discount of most races (Typically £2)
  • Unaffiliated membership does not include registration with England Athletics and does not enable you to claim a discount at races
  • If HRC is your second claim, select 2017 2nd Claim Membership. You must state your 1st Claim club below

A telephone and email address list will be produced from the above information, and made available to committee members. The above information will not be disclosed for anything other than HINCKLEY RUNNING CLUB activities, ie registration for Cross Country and League Races.

A list of Emergency Contacts will be circulated to all coaches just in case off injury during a training evening or race.

Photographs including HINCKLEY RUNNING CLUB members may from time to time be used in news articles or for publicity purposes. Should you wish NOT to have any photographs of you used please tick the box.
