TUESDAY NIGHT SESSIONπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
Location: Logix Park/DPD
Time: 18:30 at the leisure centre.
18:45 at the location.
Warm up: Steady run to the session.
Session: Two laps around the loop onto the A5 at 5k pace. 60 seconds rest then repeat for 30 minutes.
Cool down: Steady run back to the leisure centre and stretch.
