Warm up 1.5 miles

Using corner markers

1 x recovery jog

1 x recovery jog
3 x fast
1 x recovery jog
4 x fast
1 x recovery jog

Back down ..

3 x fast
1 x recovery jog
2 x fast
1 x recovery jog
1 x fast

Repeat for 30 minutes at 5k pace
