1 min fast, 1 min recovery ( jog or walk )
1 min fast, 1 min recovery
3 min fast, 1 min recovery
30 sec fast, 30 sec recovery
30 sec fast, 30 sec recovery
30 sec fast, 1 min recovery
Repeat 3 times

Meet at the Leisure Centre at 18:15 for a 18:30 start
