Just to let you know about future races and thier information which you can find here at www.derbyrunnerleague.co.uk/races.html

Here's a little first hand information that may help you around the courses.

Race 3 - Desford 10/01/2010 - Bagworth Heath - A nice little 1 1/2 lap course Soggy, Boggy, Slippy Bush track, grassland and trail with a little testing climb but a lovely big bath at the end. 

Race 4 - Shepshed 31/01/2010 - Grace Dieu - This little course start's with a little incline across field's and through Cow S..t! up into the wood, mind your step with tree's and root's (Colette & Sarah) through the Gate (watch the gate ruling Andy) over the road up, up, up into the wood's out and back across the field's and up the bank to the finish.

Race 5 - Hinckley 14/02/2010 - Bosworth Battlefield - For further top secret info see Malcolm.

B'Final - Hatton 28/02/2010 - Sinai Park - This is by far my favourite course of all the races, if you want a test of stamina then this is it. If you do this then you can do any course it's just great!

National - Heanor 21/03/2010 - Dave Mann

I hope this will give you a little taste of the fun you will be having, this is a very good way to build up your stamina without pounding the tarmac. Enjoy!!
