Another blog link!

I know this is a bit late but I've just found Judy Delin's blog from when we joined her in Brora if you're interested in reading it. she also has a couple of photos. Judy is our sister-in-law's sister and has given up her job to travel for a while. She and her friend Lesley were great company and a small distraction as we were nearing the end of our trip. you can read what she had to say about us at: http://judydelin.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html

And, if you want to see some really wonderful images of the trip visit Christina's blog at  http://christinalauderportraits.blogspot.com/

Sue's Stats

Throughout the event Sue Hall not only supported Rob from the bike (at the back); she also collected and recorded statistical information on Rob's run.

This includes not only the distances covered for each stint of each leg, but also details on Rob's nutrition and even on occasion the music he was listening to and singing (singing Elvis? I hope Rob's doing requests next weekend!).

She has kindly made these available in PDF form. If you want to have a read you can download them HERE .

Thanks Sue!

Well done Rob

This team has shown each and everyone of us that dreams can come true....

It may not be easy to achieve them but a belief in yourself, good preparation and a wonderful support crew each and everyone CAN!

Go for it Hinckley Running Club wherever each and everyone wants to go...
